FAQ
Will it fit my phone?
iPhone 12 to 17 snap on straight away. For iPhone 11 or earlier, Samsung, Pixel and other Android phones, stick the included metal ring on the back of the phone or on the outside of the case, then wait 30 minutes before use.
Does it work with my case?
Yes with MagSafe cases. Non-magnetic cases work with the metal ring stuck on the outside. It won't hold through leather, suede, silicone, rugged or textured cases, or cases with a built-in ring.
Will it stick to my fridge?
It sticks to steel surfaces, such as many fridge doors and gym machines. It won't stick to aluminium, non-magnetic stainless steel, wood or glass.
Can I charge my phone with it on?
Take the ring stand off before wireless charging. It snaps back on afterwards.
Is it bulky in my pocket?
No, it weighs 68 g and folds flat, about 6 cm across.
