Returns & refunds

We want you to love your order. This policy explains your rights under UK consumer law and how to return an item. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after you receive it. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start the day after the last parcel arrives.

Tell us within the 14 days by e-mailing contact@naldobox.com with your order number and the items you're returning. You don't need to give a reason.
We'll reply with the return address. Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back (or of you showing us proof that you've sent them, if that's sooner), to your original payment method. If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. If an item was bought with a bundle discount, we refund the discounted price you actually paid for it.

You can handle items as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if an item has been used or handled more than necessary to check it.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, everything you buy from us must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something isn't right:

within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund;
after 30 days you can ask for a repair or a replacement. If that isn't possible or doesn't fix the problem, you're entitled to a price reduction or a refund.

E-mail us a photo of the problem and your order number. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we cover any return costs, and in most cases you won't need to send the item back at all.

Ordered the wrong phone model?

Please check your phone model before ordering a case. If you've chosen the wrong one, you can return it under the 14-day right to cancel above.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we've processed a refund, your bank usually takes 5–10 working days to show it in your account.
