Delivery information

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We can't currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.

Delivery costs

• Free tracked UK delivery on every order, whatever you spend.
• Express delivery is available at checkout for a small fee, shown before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment.

Delivery time

Delivery estimates count from the day we dispatch your order, not from the day you place it. Your tracked parcel should arrive within 3–8 business days after dispatch. Busy periods and courier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Your items may arrive separately

Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners' warehouses, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels, on different days. There's nothing extra to pay for this.

No fees on delivery

The price you see is the price you pay. There are no customs charges, import fees or other costs to pay on delivery. If a courier ever asks you to pay for one of our parcels, please don't pay: contact us at contact@naldobox.com and we'll sort it out.

Tracking

When your order ships we'll e-mail you the tracking details. You can also check your order at any time from your order page. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout: the courier may need to contact you.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, e-mail contact@naldobox.com with your order number. We'll chase the courier and, if your parcel is lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
