Terms & conditions
These terms apply to every order placed with NaldoBox on this website. Please read them before you order. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
About us
NaldoBox is operated by NaldoBox. You can contact us at contact@naldobox.com.
Your order
When you pay, we'll e-mail you to confirm your order: that's when our contract begins. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and refund you in full for it.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery charges and any bundle discount are shown in your bag before you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe.
Bundle discounts
Mix & match discounts are applied automatically to eligible items in your bag, based on how many eligible items you buy. Only one bundle discount applies per order.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. See our delivery information for costs and timings.
Cancellations, returns and faulty items
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and you're protected if an item is faulty. See our returns & refunds policy.
Product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and lifestyle photos may show items or finishes that aren't included. Please check your phone model before ordering a case.
Product safety
- Small parts: charms, beads, rhinestones and buckles are small parts and a choking hazard. Our products are accessories, not toys, and are not suitable for children under 3. Keep them out of reach of young children.
- Magnets: our cases, card wallets and grip stands contain strong magnets. Swallowed magnets can cause serious internal injury: get medical help immediately if a magnet is swallowed. Keep magnets at least 15 cm away from pacemakers and other implanted medical devices. Magnets can damage magnetic-stripe cards and hotel key cards.
- Straps: never wear a phone strap round the neck while sleeping, exercising or near machinery or anything it could catch on, and never let children wear one. Don't swing your phone by a strap or charm.
- Wireless charging: remove card wallets and grip stands before charging wirelessly.
Trademarks
iPhone and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. NaldoBox is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Apple. "Compatible with MagSafe" and "for iPhone" describe compatibility only.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Our products are for domestic and private use only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
